1. Customer Relationship Officer - Wellness Sector (Part-time)
Responsibilities:- Work with our therapist team for on going projects
- Assist shop operations
- Support duties of admin team and marketing team
Requirements:
- Cheerful, independent, observant, helpful and outgoing
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources or Hospitality is preferred but not necessary
- Welcome fresh graduate
2. Multimedia Designer (Part-time / Intern)
Responsibilities: - Social media related:
- Grow and expand on social media presence on existing platforms - Instagram, facebook, YouTube
- Develop new ideas on how to improve our current presence on these platforms
- Create/design assets for multiple platforms - Gifs, photography, graphic design, etc
- Video editing and scheduling of posts
- maintain and daily operation of therapist team
- Coordinate with clients (face to face) and Online (email, Whatsapp)
Requirements:
- Cheerful team player
- Independent and shows initiative
- Proficiency with Canva, Video Editing software
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Strong multi-tasking skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follows through on projects
- Undergraduates pursuing majors in marketing/creative media/Communication Studies or related fields
- Immediate availability / short notice period is highly preferred
We are looking for 2-3 days work per week (for part time/internship, including weekend)
Renumeration depends on experience for part time and allowance will be provided for internship.
