給你幾個好睡小貼士,每個人都可以做到﹕
  1. 清淡飲食,三餐定時,可減輕身體負擔。
  2. 對自己寬容一點,多讚美自己;同時花時間經營自己與家人和朋友的關係。
  3. 嘗試為自己營造一個舒適的休息空間,在這個專屬的空間裏,減少甚至謝絕接觸藍光 (如手提、電腦屏幕) 和干擾情緒的社交媒體。
